Devizes RFC

Devizes U8's have had a great season.  Throughout the season, the U8's have had a strong squad of 20 regular players, most of whom were in the U7's.  All are keen to progress into the U9's in September where they will commence 'contact' rugby.  The final session of tag for the U8's was at the Bath Rugby Mini's Festival on Sunday 28th April at the famous Rec where the competitive edge was clear to see.  The U8's managed to field two teams of six, both teams playing in some hotly contested matches against the likes of rivals Chippenham, Oldfield Old Boys, Marlborough, Corsham and the hosts, Bath.  A fun and enjoyable season for the U8's as they continue their progression in rugby.
